Natchez Trace Portrait Session in Kosciusko, MS

Here are some images from a Natchez Trace Portrait Session in Kosciusko, MS. The Natchez Trace is always a beautiful location for outdoor portraits! This late-summer session was so much fun. Selena is one of my best friends and is so much fun to work with.

We started the session at Holly Hill and worked our way south down the Trace. Every location we chose was beautiful and the lighting was dreamy! the Natchez Trace is always a fun place to explore. There are so many walking trails and historical sites. The Natchez Trace holds a special place in my heart, because it is where my husband proposed to me!

Selena chose different outfits to coordinate with each location and the result was a high-fashion feel! If you are planning a session and are not sure what to wear, her outfits from this session are a great place to look for inspiration!

We made sure that we only went to locations that we had permission to photograph at. There are no shortages of beautiful photography locations all along the Natchez Trace. We did not make it to the reservoir for this session, but I hope to photograph there soon, especially since I live near the reservoir! Afterward the session we got pizza, which is a great way to end a portrait session!

We also took portraits of Selena’s sister, Sabrina. I will include those images in a separate blog post. it was a branding photo session for Sabrina, and we took images of her for her blog, as well as new head shots.
