Rylie Kate’s First Birthday and Valentine’s Portraits

This photo session was so much fun! Rylie is the sweetest little girl and I am thrilled to have been able to take her portraits in celebration of her first birthday. I loved getting to talk to her mom and grandmother during the session!

The weather was particularly nice for February, except for the wind! We struggled with getting all the props to work in windy conditions, but in my opinion, it just made the session more fun! And Rylie was happy and did not seem to be bothered by any of it.

We started off the session with the Valentine’s themed props, and then used the birthday props. Everything was so cute! One of my favorite things we incorporated were the balloons. Balloons make everything more fun, and I definitely recommend considering balloons for any session!
